David is a designer, author-illustrator, and — for many years — a management consultant at the world's top firms, helping organizations make sense of complexity. Along the way, he noticed that the people who thrived were the ones who could pick up a pen and sketch their thinking into something everyone could follow.
That belief shapes everything he makes, from illustrated and picture books to Drawing is Thinking, a program he founded to teach children to think visually. He's based in Chicago, by way of Cape Town and a decade in London.
Vectors, cut paper, and photocollage — a small, curated set to start, with more being added as the gallery is rebuilt.
